Pon Holding Germany GmbH is a holding and investment company with its seat in Cloppenburg, Lower Saxony. Our task is to hold, manage and develop the corporate assets of our group, and to provide the financial and organisational support its companies need.
We act as an owner, not an operator. We set direction, allocate capital and keep a clear view of how each group company is performing, while the companies themselves run their day-to-day business. That division of roles keeps decisions focused and responsibilities clear.
We work exclusively within our own corporate group. Pon Holding Germany GmbH is not a bank and does not offer banking, lending, investment or other financial services to external clients or to the public.

Intra-group financial support
Funding, liquidity planning and financial coordination for the companies of our own group. This support is provided to group members only; we do not offer financial services to outside parties.

Defined responsibilities, consistent reporting and clear oversight, so that decisions across the group are documented, traceable and easy to review.
